Web Designer - Project Based Work

The candidate must be highly creative and very efficient designing
proofs. The right candidate should be able to convert multiple .PSD
files into HTML pages with drop-down menus and advanced rollovers
(changing more than one image at a time upon mouseover.) within one
work day for look-n-feel purposes only.

Requirements:

- Proficient on both Mac & PC
- Project Management (2+ yrs)
- Photoshop (6+ yrs)
- Flash: Tweening AND advanced ActionScripting (4+ yrs)
- Fireworks (3+ yrs)
- Dreamweaver (3+ yrs)
- HTML Hand Coding (5+ yrs)
- JavaScript (1+ yr)
- CSS (2+ yrs)
- ASP knowledge a plus
 
Other Concepts/Skills an Ideal Candidate should know:
- Copywriting / Technical Writing
- Dr. Jakob Neilson's Usability Theory
- Color Theory
- White Space / Balance
- Eye for motion graphics
Must be familiar with site architecture and content
